2. Engagements and scope
A submission through our website is a request for information or a quote; it does not by itself create a binding service contract. An engagement begins once both parties confirm scope and the agreement. You agree to provide the access and information reasonably required for us to perform the agreed services.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are indicative starting points (shown as "from") and may vary with scope. Final pricing for any engagement is set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payment terms are as stated on the relevant invoice or agreement.
4. Your responsibilities

7. Intellectual property
Reports and deliverables we produce for you are licensed to you for your internal business use. Our underlying methodologies, tooling, and know-how remain our property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberFort Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. 9. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable professional skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
